SJTC WINTER ALL-COMER MEETS 2023

Saturday January 21 & 28, 2023

 

The SJTC All-Comer Track & Field Meets welcome athletes of all ages, ability, and experience. We host these in service of our local track athletes and to promote and grow our sport. It's both an opportunity for experienced athletes to test their ability and new athletes to explore the sport. All proceeds from these events will go toward supporting the athletes of SJTC. We thank you for your support and hope to see you on the track.


ENTRY INFORMATION

  • All entries should be completed on AthleticNet. This will make things easier for meet management as well as ensure your placement in a competitive heat. There's no guarantees for good heat placement with at-gate registrants

  • Entries submitted by any other method will not be accepted

  • Entry deadline is as posted on Athletic

  • At-gate entries are discouraged and will be an additional $5

 

ADMISSION

  • Spectators $5

  • Online registration $10 per athlete unlimited events

  • Late at-gate registration $15 per athlete unlimited events

  • Field start 10am

  • Track start 11am rolling schedule

EVENT CHECK IN

Athletes will receive a competition bib at the gate
Field events - athletes will check in at their event
Track events - athletes report to the starting line 1-2 events prior to your event

Results will be posted in PDF form here
Official results will be posted after meet conclusion on AthleticNet
 

RUNNING EVENTS

  • Ladies will run first

  • Heats will run fast to slow

  • Heats will be composed based on seeds after entry deadline

  • Heats will be released the night before race day

 

HURDLES

  • Youth hurdles (9"/18"/24"/27") are available if requested in advance

  • Women's open 33"

  • Men's open 42"

  • Boys HS 39"

  • Girls HS 33"

  • Masters hurdlers please send coachkhoi@gmail.com your spacing and hurdle height before the meet

 

DISCUS & SHOT PUT

  • Athletes will receive 4 attempts

  • Discus will be run first to completion, then shot put

 

LONG JUMP

  • Athletes will receive 4 attempts

  • Two pits for jumps, one long, one triple, open all meet

 

POLE VAULT & HIGH JUMP

  • High jump and pole vault starting heights will be determined once entries are complete
